BioI write, do charcoal landscape drawings, and photography. I teach Tai Chi and play Native American flute. I belong to a writing group and a healers group.
Most of my writing is about life experiences and is my way of exploring the emotions that surface in day to day life. There is something about the written word that allows me to "see" where I am and helps me better understand the human evolution. Poetry has been an amazing avenue for me. I have been able to create much joy in the release of words. Poetry is often taking something mundane and making it a thing of beauty.
We are all creative beings and allowing those forces to emerge brings freedom of the soul.
